Bruce Springsteen and his E Street Band have been some of the most popular musicians in the world for over half a century. That’s why we’ve decided to take a deeper look at them and see what their net worths are these days!

Scroll through below and find out just how much money one can make when achieving as much success as Springsteen and his E Street Band have!

Springsteen’s Net Worth

July 2024 is a big month for Springsteen, as he has officially achieved billionaire status!

Last week, Forbes announced that it is “conservatively estimating” him to be worth $1.1 billion.

This is just the latest in a longline of achievements for Springsteen, 74. He has also won 20 Grammys, an Oscar, a Kennedy Center Honor, and a Presidential Medal of Freedom. On top of that, he’s been inducted into both the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and the Songwriters Hall of Fame.

Springsteen’s latest world tour last year brought in a whopping $380 million. This proved that even after decades of performing, Springsteen is still The Boss!

Max Weinberg’s Net Worth

Weinberg has been the drummer for the E Street band ever since he met Springsteen back in 1974. These days, he has an estimated net worth of $45 million.

Though Weinberg performs his own solo shows as well, the E Street Band is always his top priority.

“My contracts all contain a force majeure, a legal term for an act of God – or Bruce Springsteen,” Weinberg told NJ.com in 2022. “That is in all of my contracts. And I actually had to institute that at times to change the date on something I was doing.”

Both Weinberg and Springsteen are currently on tour with the E Street band for the 2024 World Tour.

Steven Van Zandt Net Worth

Steven Van Zandt has been a member of the E Street Band since 1975. After decades in the music world, he has amassed an impressive net worth of $80 million.

But don’t forget – he also had an incredible run as Silvio in The Sopranos!

In November of last year, Van Zandt opened up to 60 Minutes about how much he loves being in the E Street Band.

“People always say, ‘Aren’t you worried about, being replaced?’” he said. “I’m like, ‘No. I can’t be replaced. How many best friends do you have for 50 years?’”

In this same segment, Springsteen praised Van Zandt as “the consigliere of the E Street Band,” – a nod to his role on The Sopranos.

“If I have questions pertaining a direction for the band, or issues with the band, or something like the set list, I’m not sure what we’re gonna play that night, or what we should start with, or if he has second doubts about something, he always comes to me,” Springsteen explained.

“He’s been essential to me since he walked into the studio during the Born to Run sessions and fixed the horns and my guitar parts,” he added.

Roy Bittan

Roy Bittan has been the keyboardist for the E Street Band since 1974. In the decades since then, he has put together an estimated net worth of $40 million.

Bittan has been an essential part of the E Street Band for decades.

“Roy’s playing formed the signature sound of some of my greatest records,” Springsteen said at his 1999 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction. “He can play anything; he’s always there for me; his emotional generosity and his deep personal support mean a great, great deal to me.”

Nils Lofgren

Finally, Nils Lofgren has been doing guitars, backing vocals, and the accordion for the E Street Band since 1984. He has an estimated net worth of $20 million.

Springsteen has made it clear that he sees Lofgren as a secret weapon in the E Street Band.

“Nils is a unique combination of talents: musical and psychological and emotional,” Springsteen told MOJO last year.

“Nils is kind of underused in the E Street Band, as are many of the other members, you know, because the band is about its balance,” he continued. “He’s very, very generous with his playing and with his time. The kind of time that he puts into working on your work, your vision, your material, is very special.”

The E Street Band is one of the most iconic groups of all time, so it comes as no surprise that each of them are so wealth. God bless the E Street Band, and may they continue to rock on for many years to come!
