It’s been a whirlwind in London for mega popstar Taylor Swift – but at least she’s not going hungry!

On the third night of her Eras Tour stop in London, Swift was blazing along her rendition of “All Too Well” when an uninvited guest wanted to take a tour of her gullet!

Ever the performer, Swift made the mishap look easy. Take a look!

Incredibly, Swift managed to swallow the bug, finish her bridge, get a little throat-clearing action going, and then return right to the song!

Calling Dave Grohl…

What makes the bug-eating episode so interesting? It comes at – ironically – just the right time for the performer.

Over the weekend, rock legend Dave Grohl – formerly the drummer of Nirvana and now the frontman of The Foo Fighters – seemingly accused Taylor Swift of lip-syncing during her shows.

Normally you’d think such an accusation would fall flat, but Grohl is eminently respected and knows what he’s talking about when it comes to music.

While performing at London Stadium, Grohl said Swift’s Eras Tour should be renamed the Errors Tour because she doesn’t sing live:

“So we like to call our tour the ‘Errors Tour.’ We’ve had more than a few eras, and more than a few […] errors as well. Just a couple,” he continued. “That’s because we actually play live. What? Just saying. You guys like raw, live rock ‘n’ roll music, right? You came to the right […] place.”

Look – I am a massive Dave Grohl, Foo Fighters, and especially Nirvana fan. But I think Mr. Grohl will have to rethink his accusation once he sees Taylor Swift keep playing through her uninvited dinner!

Taylor Swift Claps Back?

Dave Grohl’s comments seemingly got to Taylor Swift, or at least some people think so.

Swift performed later that same evening, and made some comments that some think were addressed to Grohl’s accusations. Here’s what she said:

“Every one of my band members, every single one of our crew, my band who’s gonna be playing live for you for 3.5 hours tonight, they deserve this so much. And so does every one of my fellow performers,” added Swift. “And you just gave that to us so generously, we will never forget it.”

What do you think? A shot back across the bow or just an innocent comment?

Either way – Taylor Swift’s tour is good enough for millions and millions of fans!
