The 2023 WWE Elimination Chamber is the final stop before WrestleMania 39 and we want to know if your report card matched ours.
WWE Elimination Chamber 2023 Report Card: Grades Are In!
Brock Lesnar vs Bobby Lashley
At one win apiece, the third bout should have been the end of the feud. As expected, we got nothing but huge offensive blows.
Another 10 or 15 minutes would have really helped as the match seemed rushed. Brock Lesnar losing via disqualification made no sense.
I guess, the two will meet one more time at WrestleMania 39. Maybe, Gunther gets tossed into the match to keep things fresh. Grade: C

Elimination Chamber Match For A Shot At The RAW Women’s Championship At WrestleMania 39: Asuka vs Liv Morgan vs Nikki Cross vs Raquel Rodriguez vs Natalya vs Carmella
The Elimination Chamber is supposed to be about pure violence. I must admit, the match lasted less than 20 minutes and there should have been more action.
Liv Morgan and Asuka seemed like the easy favorites, with Raquel Rodriguez being a dark horse. Once Morgan was eliminated, Asuka was the obvious choice to win.
A few good combination spots, but Morgan continues to shine; especially with her passing out instead of simply tapping-out. Hopefully, the win means Asuka will finally get her long overdue WrestleMania victory. Grade: B

Edge & Beth Phoenix vs Finn Balor & Rhea Ripley
The feud between Edge & Beth Phoenix against The Judgement Day has lasted too long. Hopefully, that was the end as Rhea Ripley needs to focus on Charlotte Flair and WrestleMania 39’s title shot.
Overall, it was a fun match to watch as Edge has admitted his career is nearing an end. Still, I imagine we see Phoenix continue to sporadically wrestle.
As for The Judgement Day, they need to find an another program. And, they need to win before becoming too stale. Grade: B+

Undisputed WWE Universal Championship: Roman Reigns vs Sami Zayn
This has been the best storyline of the decade, but few thought Sami Zayn would win. If WrestleMania 39 was not six weeks away and Reigns’ title run was not so lengthy, maybe Zayn would win.
The crowd was going to curse Reigns out of the the building and there were plenty of near falls. I think we all knew Jey Uso would be the deciding factor, but another great twist by WWE.
Great crowd and the same goes for the match. Years ago, people thought Zayn would be fired, but he proved every single person and is now a bonafide star. Grade: A-

Elimination Chamber Match For The United States Championship: Austin Theory vs Seth Rollins vs Montez Ford vs Damian Priest vs Johnny Gargano vs Bronson Reed
With all the participants, only Seth Rollins and Austin Theory have experience inside the Chamber. Everyone looked great, but props to Montez Ford, Johnny Gargano and Bronson Reed.
Unlike the women’s Chamber, this one was full of violent spots. Theory walks away still United States and his stock has really skyrocket since his character become more aggressive.
Logan Paul is officially a heel and Ford’s leap off the top of the Chamber was something to talk about for years. Everyone looked great in the match. Grade: A-
