Former Houston Oilers quarterback Warren Moon is speaking out to express his doubts that Colin Kaepernick will ever play in the NFL again. It’s been five years since former San Francisco 49ers quarterback Kaepernick last played in the NFL. And, he does still hope to play professional football again.

‘I Just Don’t Think The NFL Wants’ Kaepernick Back
“I just don’t know if he’s going to get that opportunity,” Moon told TMZ Sports. “I just don’t think the NFL wants that subject back into the league.”
“Just thinking off the top of my head, those owners, they have a very close-knit unit and once they make their minds up that they don’t want to do something, it doesn’t happen,” Moon added.

Moon went on to say that he hopes Kaepernick gets a second chance because he feels that he is “still a great athlete.”
This comes days after Kaepernick had a training session with the New Orleans Saints.
“I’m really grateful to my trainer, who I’ve been throwing to all this time,” he said, according to Yahoo News. “But man, do I miss throwing to professional route runners. Who’s working?? I will pull up.”
I had a great time with @Footwork_King2 and the squad yesterday! I appreciate y’all letting me come through and get that work in with y’all. Man, it felt good to be out there!

Kaepernick Disrespects National Anthem
Kaepernick made headlines back in 2016 when he began taking a knee during the national anthem before his games playing for the 49ers.
Though he claimed that he was doing this to protest against racial inequality in America, many saw this as a clear sign of disrespect to the American flag and to those who have fought and died for it.
Kaepernick left the 49ers early in 2017, and he has not been signed by another team since then. Liberals have turned him into a martyr of sorts, claiming that he has not been signed by another team because the NFL is “racist.”
Others, however, have pointed out that Kaepernick led the 49ers to an abysmal losing record during this final season with the team, so it’s likely his own lack of football skills that has caused him to not be able to get another team to take him on.

Seahawks Coach Weighs In
Seattle Seahawks coach Pete Carroll recently said that he thinks Kaepernick should get another shot at playing for the NFL.
“Does that guy deserve a second shot? I think he does, somewhere,” Carroll said, according to NOLA. “I don’t know if it’s here. I don’t know where it is. I don’t know if it’s even in football.”
Reporter David Hookstead does not hold back when talking about Colin Kaepernick. You can see his comments below:
Colin Kaepernick is a bum and a garbage quarterback. The media's nonstop praising of him is disgusting.

It remains to be seen whether or not Kaepernick will play professional football again. If he does get that opportunity, we can only hope that he won’t use it to disrespect our national anthem once again.
