– Last night, several names were honored at WWE’s Hall of Fame Ceremony. The show was running smoothly until one fan went too far. During Bret Hart’s speech for The Heart Foundation, with Natalya by his side, a fan rushed into the ring and tackled both to the ground.

Before security could get involved, the wrestlers sitting ringside took matters into their hands. Travis Browne and Shane McMahon were the first to get in the ring. They were followed by several other wrestlers such as New Day, Steve Corino, Ronda Rousey, The Revival, Big Show, Edge, Beth Phoenix, Heath Slater, Tyson Kidd, Drake Maverick and others.

The man in question is named Zach Madsen, who was escorted out of the building and faces two counts of third-degree assault, criminal trespass and one other misdemeanor charge according to NYPD. Madsen is an maturer MMA fighter who has sent out a series of bizarre tweets to WWE officials, seemingly upset about females main eventing WrestleMania 35.

Below is a statement from WWE and then a tweet Natalya (who was there representing her late father, Jim “The Anvil” Neidhart.

“An over-exuberant fan surpassed our security at ringside and made his way briefly into the ring. The individual has been turned over to the proper authorities.”

Regardless of how anyone feels about storylines, you should never handle matters like Madsen did. On such a great evening, one person went too far and he will pay the price for his disgusting actions.

Here are some clips of the incident.

– After tweaking his ankle during Monday’s RAW main event, Rey Mysterio is said to be fine and will compete tonight during WrestleMania 35 according to Dave Meltzer. He will challenge United States Champion Samoa Joe, with Mysterio’s son Dominic on the outside
