– There were several big names in this year’s Royal Rumble match, with Seth Rollins taking home the win to earn a Universal Championship shot against Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 35. Despite getting the major win, there was some concern over Rollins’ back as he was removed from several live events.

“I did have a lingering back issue that I was dealing with,” said Rollins to Sporting News. “At the end of the day, I’m able to compete. I’ve been cleared by our doctors. I had to take a few weeks to rest, but it looks like I’ll be fine moving forward. I feel good. I’ve ramped up training in the gym and at my school. I feel really good. I feel healthy and hopefully I’ll be able to pick that guy up and throw him around a little bit; so, I’m not the only one getting tossed around.”

With Rollins taking on Lesnar, there is no doubt that “The Beast” will toss the challenger around the ring. Whenever battling Lesnar, his opponents know they are taking a trip to suplex city. They met once before, but the match saw no conclusion as Undertaker returned to take out Lesnar.

As for the future, there is no word if Lesnar will exit WWE following WrestleMania 35. WWE has been keeping his status very tight lipped and the fans will probably not know anything until after the grandest show of the year.

– WWE Hall of Famer Jim Duggan is undergoing heart surgery today. While Duggan did not provide too many details, the surgery was planned ahead of time and he seems to be in good spirits based off his social media posts.

The 65 year old had a medical scare back in November 2018, which saw him placed in the intensive care unit. Still, Duggan has not retired and he does wrestle on Indy scene from time to time.
